A warm front South is lifting North into Indiana. This will favor more storm activity later today into the overnight hours ending Tuesday morning. No severe weather should be expected. These storms will be of the heavy rain & lightning variety.
We did have storms last night. Here's a radar snapshot w/ lightning tracker turned on. This was at about 3:30AM. About a quarter of inch of precipitation was recorded at Indianapolis International Airport.
We are currently in a lull of wet weather. This gap of dry weather is bringing some sunshine so today won't be a complete washout. Unlike, the 60s we had over this past weekend we'll be much warmer today & even hotter for the rest of the week. We could record our 1st 90 of 2013 late this week. More weather updates to come.
