The weekend was off to a dry sunny start. We reached 76 for the high on both Friday and Saturday. This is more typical for days around Memorial Day. We've seen 8 days so far this year with high 70+. Could be 2 weeks before we see our 9th one of the year.
A low pressure system from the South is pushing through Indiana today headed to the North. This is bringing showers to the state to end the weekend. Here's a look at LIVE radar...
While there could be a gap of dry weather tonight, more showers and possibly a rumble of thunder can be expected for tomorrow as well.
A wind shift will occur as the low departs the region Monday afternoon or evening. We'll be under a Northwest flow pattern which means cooler weather will return for the week. Highs will be in the 50s for much of the week with lows in the 30s.
