Easter Weekend Forecast

Good Evening! Today was a pleasant afternoon. Had a bit of a chilly start where the temperature dipped to Morning Low of 36°. This marked the first time we dipped to a below normal low temp since March 10th. We rebounded to a seasonal high of 61°. So far this month we have recorded high temps in the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s all in the first week of April averaging about 60°, thats 4° above average for the mild month of March. Pretty Cool huh? This is about to change. We'll start with a warm weekend with temps continuing to be above average. Starting Monday we flip the switch but it'll be brief. Overnight Lows will be in the 30s with Highs in the 50s. Both the High and Low Temperatures will be below normal Monday thru Friday. But by next weekend temps will warm up and we could be back to 70s just on the other side of the 7 Day Outlook. The majority of the temps for the remainder of the month will be normal to above normal. Mostly 60s & 70s. I haven't really identified any chances for precipitation next week. A few spotty showers late Saturday Night, Early Sunday Morning and Monday Night but both systems appear weak and will therfore not amount to much. No washouts within 7 days. I do not see any wintry mixes although 1 computer model was hinting snow this looks to be untrue at the moment. Most of the week looks to be sunny. This is all good news for the chilly week.
Unlike this morning where Frost was limited due to a little bit of breeze, the winds will be calm and we have a better chance for Frost to form tonight. Make sure you protect your plants, and may have to scrap the car windshield Saturday Morning. Freeze & Frost Warnings/Advisories in place for the evening and early Saturday Morning. Winds will shift to the South for the weekend causing temps to reach mid to upper 60s for Saturday and Sunday. But then they shift back to the North and some Colder Air to the North will be pulled far enough South for our temps to fall next week as mentioned above.
