Tuesday Morning Weather Update

Good Morning! Current temps in the low to mid 60s under overcast sky conditions. Our low so far is 64°.
Well its been a cooler & wetter month. We've picked up 0.28" of rain yesterday which puts our months rainfall total at 4.20", 2.89" above where we should be on this day. This is wetter than March's 4.14", now making this the wettest month of the year coming after the 2 driest months of the year. Now if we get another inch before months end, which looks promising, then we may be higher than Decembers 5.10". Here's the last five months wetter than 4.20".

The months average high is 88.7°. Avg low is 65.8°. Months avg Temp 77.3°.
We hit 77° Friday, 79° Saturday, 83° Sunday, & 82° Monday. Thats 4 consecutive days below normal. That hasn't happened since ending May 2012 & opening June 2012. We look to make this 5 today. You'll have to go to early winter in December since this last occured.
We'll dry out today, the clouds will decrease, & sunshine increases as the day goes on. Highs barely hit 80°. I will note if we fail to dry out & clouds clear tonight then there will be some heavy fog in the morning.
Sunshine will rule Wednesday & much of Thursday with an uptick in temps, back above normal on our way to another 90° day for Thursday. However, a powerful cold front that looks to usher in the coolest air seen in months will fire up some violent storms Thursday Night into Friday Morning. I'll keep you posted as this further develops.



Weekend temps to fall into low to mid 70s with lows in the low to mid 50s. Some areas away from the city could dip into the 40s. These high & low temps are more typical for Late September or even Early October. Could Summer be done?
