And then it gets Warm

Good Evening! One of the coldest Saturdays in 2 wks. This Morning Low dipped to 24°. A weak upper level disturbance brought some morning Flurries & Snow Showers. No accumulations were recorded. High pressure build in clearing skies which paved way to some sunshine (6pm photo above). But clearing skies for tonight will result in overnight low temps dipping back to low 20s again, some upper teens. Only a 11° heating allow high temps to reach 35°.
Strong low pressure will boost winds up with gusts to 40 mph tomorrow. On a positive note, a wind shift to the South will help boost our daytime high Sunday afternoon temps to upper 40s near, if not at 50°, despite the frigid chilly start. We will be spoiled with abundant sunshine, same for Monday as well.

Still keeping an eye on this next storm system for Wednesday. May spark up some thunder and lightning in the morning, temps to fall, and rain changes to snow showers Wednesday evening possibly carrying over to Thursday Morning. At this point, not clear which track this will take. 1 week ago it was showing up as a snowstorm for the Midwest. Can't throw any numbers out but I would expect some snow, but most melting on contact. Thats if we get any snow at all. This system isn't exactly set in stone but most local Indianapolis meteorologists are forecasting rain not really flirting with the word "snow". Also another similiar system may be moving in on Friday bringing rain, falling temps, and evening or overnight snow showers which flurries could linger into the Saturday Morning Hrs. Still days out but I'll keep you update on further developments as these systems could weaken, strengthen, or take different courses.
Here's my "worded" extended outlook for the next 7 days
